HOW TO FIGHT IT

I am going to fight this thing as much as I can as early as I can.

Right now, the promising things on my "list" for fighting it include:
  1. Turmeric
  2. IP6 and Intosol.
  3. Keto
  4. Fasting
  5. Weight loss.
  6. Calorie Restriction.
  7. Vitamin D.
  8. Hydration.
  9. Mental Force / belief.

SYMPTOMS

The medical community says that MGUS doesn't have symptoms - but they are clearly wrong. Many have symptoms and even now, the more enlightened doctors, admit there can be symptoms. Of course this makes some sense. You have an extra protein accumulating in your body: along with extra antibodies and extra free light chains. Your body is a BIG old junk pile.

The most common symptoms right now are neuropathy. MGUS and Neuropathy.

Other symptoms have included:

  1. Bone pain.
  2. Eye issues
  3. Renal issues (when more serious called MGRS).
That being said, one of the worst things about MGUS is the constant not knowing if your particular ache or pain is caused by MGUS.  For instance, yesterday I had overwhelming joint pain come over my body. Eventually I worked out it was caused by having sugar and carbs months after stopping them. In fact, I was diagnosed because I had back pain that eventually went away after stopping fasting. Fasting, and the poor water / electrolyte balance I had imho turned out to be the issue.

So a lot of times people write everything to MGUS.. when, if they didn't know the had MGUS, they might not even notice it.

Don't even think about asking for disability with MGUS. The official line is that it has no symptoms so you won't be able to get disability for that. That is such a shame. Very clearly you can symptoms but will be forced to claim fibromyalgia.

I am finally done with Keto.

Since the start of the pandemic I have been heavily invested in Keto and fasting. What captured my interest was the book, "Anyway you c...
